- Responsibility for the legal, organizational, and economic aspects
- Business cases were calculated for all companies (SBB and the 15 sector-representative companies), comparing the difference between current and future distribution costs with a BIBO system
- A team of lawyers from various transport companies, transport associations, the Swiss Public Transport Association, and the Federal Office of Transport (BAV) examined the legal framework with a focus on data protection, transport law, and public procurement law
